TQLD is a joint venture of 3 companies, which are TQM, one of the major insurance brokers of the country that has been in this business for over 60 years, TQR, a reinsurer that designs insurance products for many insurance companies, and Legal Drive, the developer of a tax advisory platform called ‘iTAX’. The executives of the companies have acknowledged the problems with the current insurance situation and have a united vision to enhance the business with a better image. With a limitation in workflows due to all being large companies, a smaller company by the name ‘TQLD’ was founded as a startup to be able to focus on working processes and solutions better and come up with greater solutions through newer concepts using a platform called ‘noon’
