Location : at HQ Rama 3Position : Technical LeadSalary Range : 60-100k Job Description Software Development (70%) | DevOps & RD (30%) Full Stack Development ● Design, develop, and maintain high-quality applications across both front-end andback-end. ● Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code following software engineering bestpractices. ● Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and system integrations. ● Design and manage relational and NoSQL databases, including PostgreSQL, MySQL,and MongoDB. ● Utilize AI development tools to improve productivity, code quality, and developmentefficiency.Quality & Security ● Perform Unit Testing and participate in Code Reviews to ensure software quality. ● Develop applications with a Security by Design mindset, aligned with ISMS and PDPArequirements .● Troubleshoot issues and continuously reduce technical debt.Architecture & Mentoring ● Collaborate with the team to design scalable software architecture supporting Cloud andDevSecOps initiatives. ● Contribute to architectural decisions and technical standards. ● Mentor junior developers through coaching and knowledge sharing.DevOps & Monitoring ● Support the Infrastructure team in implementing CI/CD pipelines. ● Assist with application monitoring and performance tracking.Research & Development ● Explore emerging technologies, AI solutions, and automation platforms (e.g., n8n) toimprove development workflows and engineering productivity.Documentation ● Create and maintain technical documentation, system diagrams, and developmentguidelines. Qualifications ● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology,or a related field. ● At least 5 year of Full Stack development or DevOps experience. ● Hands-on experience developing applications with Flutter. ● Experience building or maintaining high-scale applications is a plus. ● Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps practices ● Experience designing AI prompts, AI workflows, or AI Agents ● Experience with automation platforms such as n8n ● Knowledge of observability and application monitoring tools ● Hands-on experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, GitHub Copilot, or similarAI-assisted development tools will be an advantage Tech Stack / Tools ● React.js or Next.js ● Node.js ● Flutter & Dart ● PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB ● Microservices Architecture ● RESTful API Development ● SDLC, Unit Testing, and Code Review ● ISMS, PDPA, and Security by Design principles ● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Soft Skills & Competencies ● Growth mindset with a passion for continuous learning ● Strong sense of ownership and accountability ● Quality-first mindset with attention to detail ● Coaching-oriented leadership and collaboration skills ● Excellent communication and teamwork ● Passion for building scalable, secure, and reliable software
